We’re very excited to have our site redesign complete! That’s right; yesterday morning, we pulled Tenrr offline for 2 hours while we finished moving all the files over and at 10:00AM CST, the new Tenrr went live. The new design is definitely a more modern and sleek look and hopefully you like it. One of our goals throughout this process was to simplify the site even more and we believe we’ve accomplished that as well.

We’re fairly confident there shouldn’t be any major issues with the site at the moment, however, if you run across anything that doesn’t seem quite right, please Contact Us and we will take a look at it. We don’t want there to be any issues, no matter how big or small, with Tenrr, so any feedback you can provide is greatly appreciated!

Hopefully the few hours of site downtime Monday and yesterday morning didn’t affect you too much. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

*Now that we’ve got the new Tenrr live, we will be starting to run some new promotions and giveaways again in the coming weeks! We always post information about giveaways on the Promotion Section of the Tenrr Blog before we post that information anywhere else. It’s a safe bet that our upcoming promotions will always start on a Monday, so be sure to check the Tenrr Blog early in the weeks to come!

Tenrr Top Seller

One of the biggest changes we’ve made to Tenrr is that we’ve changed the criteria to become a Top Seller! Believe it or not, we did this more for our buyers than for our sellers. Why? Well, we wanted a way for potential buyers to be able to feel more confident they’ll get exactly what they’re paying for!

So how do you become a Tenrr Top Seller?

All you need is a minimum of 2 completed jobs with positive ratings along with an overall rating of 80% or higher. The system will automatically check and recheck all of our sellers, so you’ll need to maintain the 80% rating to continue as a Tenrr Top Seller. Also, you won’t have to do anything once you meet the criteria as our system will check daily for new sellers that have achieved Tenrr Top Seller status!

There will be more benefits to being a Tenrr Top Seller other than the cool badge on all your jobs and added trust from buyers! All we can say for now is if you’re not a Tenrr Top Seller now, you should try to become one soon so you’ll have all the benefits as well once we start rolling them out!

While our new design is live, we’ll be working to continuously make Tenrr better and add new features that will benefit all our members!
